That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report C2023-1340, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Consider the release of the Integrity Commissioner's Report as the recommended reprimand to Councillor McLean; 3. That the Integrity and Ethics Office be informed when the sanctions are completed; and 4. And further, that Council direct that the Closed Meeting discussions be held confidential pursuant to Section 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
