That Schedule A of Bylaw 10P2017, The Centre City Guidebook, as amended, be further amended, as follows: • Section 4.3.1, “Active Frontages”, page 25, by adding Subsection e., as follows: e. Active frontages should be designed to animate the pedestrian realm (e.g. greater facade articulation, frequent entries, transparent and unobscured glazing, outdoor patios).
