That with respect to Report IP2024-0065, the following be adopted: That Council: Authorize the Recommendations as outlined in Attachment 3; and Direct that Attachments 8 and 9 be held confidential pursuant to Sections 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy), 23 (Local public body confidences), 24 (Advice from officials), and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed by 2039 January 30.
