That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report C2023-0726, the following be adopted: That Council: Adopt the Confidential Recommendations contained in the Confidential Presentation; and Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions, recommendation, and presentation be held confidential under Sections 24 (Advice from officials) and 27 (Privileged information) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed by 2023 December 31.
