That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report C2026-0930, the following amendment be adopted: That a new Recommendation 4 be added as follows: 1. Direct that, notwithstanding Councils direction to keep Closed Meeting discussions, the confidential cover report and confidential distributions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 confidential, Closed Meeting discussions, the confidential cover report and confidential distributions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 be released to staff of the Councillors and the Office of the Mayor for the purpose of providing advice and research to Members, subject to the same confidentiality obligations as Members.
