That pursuant to Section 29 (Advice from officials) of the Access to Information Act, Council move into Closed Meeting, at 2:08 p.m. in the Council Boardroom, to discuss confidential matters with respect to Item 6.2, Approach to the 2027-2030 Budget Cycle (Verbal), C2026-0930.
