That with respect to Notice of Motion EC2022-0912, the following be adopted: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Real Estate & Development Services be directed to acknowledged that Non-Profit Organizations as referenced in the Framework is to include both Non-Profit Organizations, and Registered Charities, as defined by the Government of Canada-Canada Revenue Agency.
