That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report IGA2022-0623, the following be adopted: That Council: Approve Confidential Recommendation 1 contained in the Confidential Presentation; and Direct that the Presentation, Recommendations, and Closed Meeting discussions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 16 (Harmful to business interests of a third party), 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations), and 24 (Advice from officials) of Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed by 2023 May 19.
