That with respect to Confidential Report CD2024-0677, the following be adopted, after amendment: That Council: Adopt the policy position recommended in Revised Confidential Attachment 2 regarding The City of Calgarys participation in Alberta Utilities Commission proceedings; Direct that the Confidential Report, Confidential Attachments, and Closed Meeting discussions be held confidential pursuant to Section 24 (Advice from officials) of the ;Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed no later than 2028 April 30; and Direct that, notwithstanding Recommendation 2, Revised Confidential Attachment 2 be released publicly on 2024 June 30.
