That with respect to Report C2021-1637, the following be adopted: That Council: Direct the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) to consider - through an interview process - the four candidates that the Nominations Committee asked the SDAB to consider for appointment to the SDAB; and ; Direct that the closed meeting discussions and Attachment 1 remain confidential pursuant to Sections 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 19 (Confidential evaluations) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
