That with respect to Confidential Report IP2022-0808, the following be adopted: That Council: Authorize the proposed transfer of Environmental Reserve in accordance with Administration's Recommendations as outlined in Attachment 3; ; Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 26M2022 outlined in Attachment 4; and Direct that the Recommendations, Report and Attachments 1, 2a, 2c, 3 and 5 remain confidential pursuant to Sections 23 (Local public body confidences), 24 (Advice from officials), and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act until the transaction has been closed.
