That pursuant ;Sections 20 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy), ;22 (Confidential evaluations), ;28 (Local public body confidences), and 29 (Advice from officials) ;of the Access to Information Act, Council now move into Closed Meeting, at 4:04 p.m. in the Council Boardroom, to discuss confidential matters with respect to the following Items: 12.2.1 ;2026 Target Revenue for Local Access and Franchise Fees, C2025-0863 12.2.2 Chief Administrative Officer Performance Management Process (Verbal), C2025-0888 12.2.3 ;Regular Update with Chief Administrative Officer (Verbal), C2025-0845 And further, that Council: Accept Confidential Distribution 1 and Confidential Distribution 2 for the Corporate Record with respect to Item 12.2.2, and that the Confidential Distributions be held confidential pursuant to Sections 20 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 22 (Confidential evaluations) of the Access to Information Act; Authorize Sohail Thaker, External Consultant, to attend the Closed Meeting with respect to Item 12.2.2; and Modify the dinner recess to the Call of the Chair.
