That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report C2024-0721, the following be adopted: That Council: Adopt the Confidential Recommendations in Confidential Distribution 4; and Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions and Confidential Distributions 1, 2, 3, and 4, be held confidential pursuant to Sections 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. ;
