That with respect to Verbal Report C2023-0637, the following be adopted: That Council: Thank all members of the Wholly Owned Subsidiaries for the Annual General Meetings; and To ensure transparency, request that Administration follow up with ENMAX Corporation, Calgary Economic Development Ltd. and the Opportunity Calgary Investment Fund Ltd. to request that the shareholder materials prepared and presented at the Subsidiaries annual general meetings be made publicly available by posting this material on the City of Calgary website.
