That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report IGA2025-0285, the following be approved: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council direct that the Confidential Presentation and Closed Meeting discussions be kept confidential pursuant to Sections 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) and 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed by 2026 March 20.
