That with respect to Report CPC2022-1029, the following be adopted: That Council: Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 63P2022 for the amendments to the Forest Lawn - Forest Heights / Hubalta Area Redevelopment Plan (Attachment 2); and Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 172D2022 for the redesignation of 0.06 hectares ± (0.14 acres ±) located at 2402 41 Street SE (Plan 7629GO, Block L, Lot 11) from Residential Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Residential Grade-Oriented Infill (R-CG) District.
