That Councillor Chabot’s Motion, NM2017-24, the fourth Resolution, be adopted, as follows: AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that Administration develop in consultation with stakeholders and members of Council a list of potential zones that would be suitable for secondary suite designation in conjunction with a template to register a petition to apply for re-designation within these zones with thresholds similar to local improvements and residential parking restrictive zones, as well as zones whereby land use could include permitted and discretionary designations.
