That with respect to Report CD2023-0392, the following be adopted: That Council refer Report CD2023-0392 back to Administration to consider other options to the proposed amendments to Community Standards Bylaw 32M2023 taking into consideration the debate and comments that occurred during the 2023 June 28 Regular Meeting of the Community Development Committee and report back to Council through the Community Development Committee no later than Q1 of 2024.
