That pursuant to Sections 16 (Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party), 23 (Local public body confidences), 24 (Advice from officials), 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body), and 27 (Privileged information) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Council now move into Closed Meeting, at 1:20 p.m. on 2023 March 14 in the Council Boardroom, to discuss confidential matters with respect to the following Items: 12.2.3 Wholly Owned Subsidiary Governance Update (Verbal), C2023-0304; and 12.3.1 Event Centre Update (Verbal), ECC2023-0290. And further, that Doug Evanchuk and Jim Beckett be authorized to attend the Closed Meeting with respect to Item 12.2.3, and that Dr. Emily Laidlaw, Ethics Advisor, be authorized to attend the Closed Meeting with respect to Item 12.3.1.
