Resolution
That with respect to Notice of Motion EC2022-1257, the following be adopted, ;after amendment: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council direct Administration to: Return to the 2022 December 20 Combined Meeting of Council with a Bylaw amending the ;Procedure Bylaw 35M2017 ;to amend section 83 to remove the standing authorization for Council members staff to attend Closed Meetings of Council; and Invite the Ethics Advisor to attend a 2023 Q1 Council Services Committee Meeting to discuss, in Closed Session, elected officials obligations related to confidentiality and current practices to protect confidentiality in Council and Council Committee Closed Meetings and to take input on any changes to the Councillors' Code of Conduct.
