That pursuant to Sections 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 19 (Confidential evaluations) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Council move into Closed Meeting following the afternoon recess, in the Council Boardroom, to discuss confidential matters with respect to Item 12.3.1, Chief Administrative Officer Performance Review (Verbal), C2024-0184. And further, that Sohail Thaker, External Consultant, be authorized to attend the Closed Meeting.
