That with respect to Report IP2022-0053, the following be adopted: That Council direct Administration to: 2. Develop a 2023-2026 City business plan and budget cycle to support the priorities of the City Planning Policy Roadmap presented in Attachment 2, and return to a strategic session of the Infrastructure and Planning Committee by no later than 2022 June to engage the committee in the deliberations.
