That with respect to Report CPC2019-0376, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. ADOPT, by bylaw, the proposed amendment to the South Calgary / Altadore Area Redevelopment Plan; 2. Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 40P2019; 3. ADOPT, by bylaw, the proposed redesignation of 0.12 hectares ± (0.29 acre ±) located at 1703 and 1707 – 31 Avenue SW (Plan 4479P; Block 48; Lots 37 to 40) from Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Residential – Grade-Oriented Infill (RCG) District; and 4. Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 103D2019.
