That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2012-064 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 2.49 hectares ± (6.15 acres ±) located at 1215 – 85 Street SW (Plan 610AK, Block 5) from DC Direct Control District to Residential – One Dwelling (R-1s) District, Special Purpose – School, Park and Community Reserve (SSPR) District, and Special Purpose – Transportation and Utility Corridor (S-TUC) District, in accordance with the Corporate Planning Applications Group recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 55D2012.
