That pursuant to Section 197 of the Municipal Government Act, and Sections 17 (disclosure to personal privacy), 23 (Local public body confidences), 24 (Advice from officials), 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) and 27 (Privileged information) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Council move into Closed Meeting at 7:15 p.m. in the Council Lounge, in order to consider several confidential matters with respect to: 14.1.1 Proposed Method of Disposition (Residual Ward 09) - Ward 09 (800 84 ST NE) UCS2019-0342 14.1.2 Telecom Industry Update (Verbal), GPT2019-0671 14.1.4 Proposed Sale (Bayview) - Ward 11 (8945 14 St SW), UCS2019-0642.
