That with respect to Report CPC2020-1159, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Adopt, by bylaw, the proposed amendment to the Montgomery Area Redevelopment Plan (Attachment 2); 2. Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 54P2020 3. Adopt, by bylaw, the proposed land use redesignation of 0.06 hectares ± (0.15 acres ±) located at 5104 – 17 Avenue NW (Plan 67GN, Block 2, Lot 15) from Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District to Residential – Grade-Oriented Infill (R-CG) District; and 4. Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 160D2020.
