That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2014-084 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.05 hectares 0.12 acres ) located at 4108 Montgomery View NW (Plan 2450AJ, Block 1, Lots 1 to 3) from Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to DC Direct Control District to accommodate the additional use of Office within an existing building, in accordance with Administration‟s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 75D2014.
