That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2017-213, be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. Adopt the proposed redesignation of 0.06 hectares ± (0.15 acres ±) located at 1239 – 19 Avenue NW (Plan 3150P, Block 13, Lots 21 and 22) from Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Residential – Grade-Oriented Infill (R-CG) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 214D2017.
