That with respect to Notice of Motion PFC2021-1344, the following be adopted: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council directs Administration to create a Terms of Reference for a task force of stakeholders, including all appropriate levels of government, to prepare a plan that outlines actions that would improve the experience for people visiting Harvie Passage; and FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that these Terms of Reference return to the Community Development Committee no later than Q4 2021.
