That with respect to Report CPC2018-0814, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.06 hectares ± (0.12 acres ±) located at 826 - 16 Street NW (Plan 6219L, Block 6, Lots 40 and 41) from Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Residential – Grade-Oriented Infill (R-CG) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 232D2018.
