That with respect to Report N2023-0817, the following Motion Arising be adopted: ; That Council direct Administration to collaborate on governance best practices and Council policy updates for Governance and Appointments of Boards, Commissions, and Committees as well as Investing in Partnerships as it pertains to board succession planning, term limits, evaluation and performance reviews, director and member screening and selection processes, including the participation of senior leadership in director or member selections.
