That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2014-152 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed amendments to the South Calgary/Altadore Area Redevelopment Plan, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 39P2014. 3. ADOPT the proposed amendments to the Marda Loop Area Redevelopment Plan, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 4. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 40P2014. 5. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.17 hectares ± (0.42 acres ±) located at 1931, 1935 and 1939 – 33 Avenue SW (Plan 4479P, Block 68, Lots 21 to 26) from Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to DC Direct Control District to accommodate mixed use development, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 6. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 140D2014.
