That with respect to Report CPC2019-1509, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Adopt, by bylaw, the proposed amendments to the Banff Trail Area Redevelopment Plan (Attachment 1); and 2. Give first reading to proposed bylaw 7P2020; 3. Prior to second reading amend the proposed bylaw 7P2020 to correct renumbering by deleting section 1 a) and replacing with the following: “1. The Banff Trail Area Redevelopment Plan attached to and forming part of Bylaw 7P86, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows: (a) In Section 2.1.3 Land Use, under the heading Medium Density Mid-Rise Residential, add a new subsection after subsection 2.1.3.12: “2.1.3.13 For the sites located at 2460, 2464 and 2468 – 23 Street NW, the following policies apply: a. Development on these parcels should allow for mixed‑use development. b. Commercial uses should primarily front onto 24 Avenue NW and may wrap around the corner to the satisfaction of the Development Authority. c. Commercial uses should be of a local neighbourhood-scale to the satisfaction of the Development Authority and should be located on the floor closest to grade only.” 4. Give second and third reading to proposed bylaw 7P2020, as amended 5. Adopt, by bylaw, the proposed redesignation of 0.17 hectares located at 2460, 2464 and 2468 – 23 Street NW from R-C2 District to MU-1f3.9h23 District; and 6. Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 22D2020
