Resolution
That Bylaw 24M2015 be amended, as follows: On Page 2 of 5, by adding the following after subsection 1(4) as subsection 1(4.1): “(4.1) the following is added as subsection 6(2.4): “(2.4) Notwithstanding subsections (2.1) and (2.2), the riding of bicycles on the Mall is not permitted on weekdays, excluding statutory holidays, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.”” On Page 3 of 5, by adding the following after subsection 2(6) as subsection 2(6.1): “(6.1) the following is added as subsection 8(13): “(13) Notwithstanding subsections (10) and (11), the riding of bicycles on the Mall is not permitted on weekdays, excluding statutory holidays, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.””
