That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2013-113 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.06 hectares ± (0.14 acres ±) located at 3721 and 3723 – 1 Street NW (Plan 3674S, Block 21, Lots 47 and 48) from Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Multi Residential – Contextual GradeOriented (M-CGd72) District, in accordance with the Corporate Planning Applications Group recommendation; and 2.
