That with respect to Notice of Motion EC2024-0373, the following be adopted: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council cancel the 2024 April 22 Public Hearing Meeting of Council. AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that Council direct City Administration to plan for and prepare a vote of the electors on city wide blanket rezoning to be in held in conjunction with the Municipal Election on October 20, 2025.
