That with respect to Notice of Motion EC2024-0373, the following amendment be adopted: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED ;that Council postpone the 2024 April 22 Public Hearing Meeting of Council until Monday June 24, 2024. AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED ;that Council direct City Administration to plan for and prepare a ;vote of the electors on city wide blanket rezoning to be in held in conjunction with the Municipal Election on October 20, 2025.
