That the SPC on Land Use Planning and Transportation Recommendation 4 contained in Report LPT2011-44 be adopted, as follows: 4. Direct Administration to allocate the future GreenTRIP funds to the SETWAY, understanding that there may be unique circumstances, outside of the development of the SETWAY, where the best use of the funds may arise. This discretionary use of GreenTRIP funds must only be modest in nature.
