Table the remaining public vacancy to the In Camera portion of the 2017 January 16 Combined Meeting of Council; 3. Thank retiring members for their service; and 4. Keep the Report, all Attachments, and In Camera discussions confidential pursuant to Sections 17(1), 17(4)(d) and 19(1) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
