That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2016-165 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.06 hectares ± (0.14 acres ±) located at 2216 – 33 Avenue SW (Plan 4479P, Block 56, Lots 8 and 9) from Multi-Residential – Contextual Low Profile (M-C1) District to Commercial – Corridor 2 f2.5h16 (C-COR2 f2.5h16) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 166D2016.
