That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2016-239 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.06 hectares ± (0.14 acres ±) located at 729 – 67 Avenue SW (Plan 784HQ, Block 8, Lot 3) from Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Multi-Residential – Contextual Grade-Oriented (M-CG) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 240D2016.
