That with respect to Report CPC2018-0841, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Adopt, by Bylaw, the proposed amendments to the BridgelandRiverside Area Redevelopment Plan; 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 65P2018; 3. Adopt, by Bylaw, the proposed redesignation of 0.05 hectares ± (0.11 acres ±) located at 438 – 8 Street NE (Plan 4647V, Block 115, Lot 11) from Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (RC2) District to DC Direct Control District to accommodate a specific multi-residential development as a permitted use with guidelines (Attachment 3); and 4. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 246D2018.
