That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2015-102 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.09 hectares ± (0.23 acres ±) located at 511 Sierra Morena Court SW (Plan 9212112, Block 13, Lot 14) from Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District to Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (RC1s) District, in accordance with Administration‟s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 98D2015.
