That the Administration Recommendations contained in Report C2013-0850, be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. File Administration Recommendations 1 - 4 contained in Report C2013-0850; 2. Direct that the Report, verbal discussions, presentation and attachments remain confidential under Sections 24(1)(a) and (c) and 25(1)(b) and (c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act; and 3. Direct that Administration be authorized to commence negotiations with respect to Regional Servicing and bring a report back to Council no later than 2014 September.
