That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2014-076 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT, by bylaw, the proposed redesignation of 0.04 hectares (0.10 acres ) located at 408 Huntington Way NE (Plan 686LK, Block 66, Lot 15) from Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District to Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1s) District, in accordance with Administration‟s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 67D2014.
