That with respect to Report PFC2019-1503, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Direct Administration to end the retirement allowance no later than 2021 December 31, subject to applicable Labour Code requirements; and 2. Direct that Attachments 2 and 3 remain confidential pursuant to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act Sections 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) and 27 (Privileged Information), to be reviewed by 2022 January 31.
