That the SPC on Planning and Urban Development Recommendation 1 contained in Report PUD2013-0176 be adopted, as follows: That Council direct Administration to: 1. Undertake a review of existing policies and develop guidelines, including stakeholder engagement, with regards to the Land Use Bylaw to be used by Administration in the review of land use and development permit applications to improve predictability for applicants of secondary suites.
