That with respect to Verbal Report VR2017-0034, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Authorize the Mayor, having consulted with members of Council, to release information pertaining to event Centre discussions; and 2. Keep the Verbal Report, VR2017-0034, and, with the exception of the information referred to in Recommendation #2, the in camera discussions confidential pursuant to Sections 16, 23, 24, 25 and 27 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
