That Councillor Keating’s Motion, NM2015-06 be adopted, as follows: NOW THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED that Council changes seats for Meetings of Council every two years effective October 2015; AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that Councillors seating assignments for Meetings of Council be generated randomly; and AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that newly elected Councillors should not be seated next to each other for the first two years following an election if possible.
