That Bylaw 128D2014 be amended in Schedule B by deleting Section 19 in its entirety, and by substituting with a new Section 19 as follows: “Maximum Allowable Development Area 19. (1) The maximum combined gross floor area on Site 1, Site 2, and Site 3 is 217,191.0 square metres. (2) The maximum combined gross floor area on Site 1, Site 2, and Site 3 specified in subsection (1) may be increased to 253,122.0 square metres where bonus earning items are provided in accordance with section 17.”.
